Board Game Island is a 100% Irish owned gaming shop. I've always loved tabletop games. From playing classic board games with my family as a child; to meeting up with friends to play social deduction games in college; tabletop games have created some of my most treasured memories. 

I decided to launch this shop in 2024. In this modern day of AI, social media, and online events, I felt the world was becoming less... real. To me, there's nothing better than meeting up with a few friends, opening a physical game you can hold in your hand, and having an unforgettable night. I want to make sure future generations have the opportunity to make memories like I did.
